The walk from JC Slaughter Falls to the Mt Coot-Tha summit is 2150m uphill (about 4 km return.) This is a social walk and so we will be going slowly.
If you are fit and want to walk quickly that is fine - just wait for the rest of us at the top and grab a table for us at the cafe :) At the summit we will have breakfast or coffee together at the Kuta Cafe.
Brissie may be known as a 'big country town', but those looking for date ideas will find that Brisbane is actually packed with first date options.
Consider what you know about the person you are dating and think about what would interest them.
Annemarie Welcome to the BIGGEST SOCIAL MEETUP GROUP in Brisbane! This social group is for people who would like to get out and socialise and to be involved in a wide range of things to do. We have weekly events such as walking, trivia and a Saturday coffee meetup.
Every month we have a book club meetup, karaoke, cycling, dinners, pool and movies. We have an event or two on EVERY DAY and a really great social event nearly EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT!
For example, perhaps you would only like to meet Brisbane singles of a certain age, religion or within a certain distance parameter.
MEETING POINT Turn off Sir Samuel Griffith Drive at the JC Slaughter Falls Picnic Area.
Please note that sometimes it is difficult to find a park so allow yourself time and you might have to walk a bit to the starting point.
*THE WALK USUALLY TAKES 30 MINUTES UP AND 30 MINUTES BACK...you there!
Brisbane may be known ironically as ‘Bris Vegas’, but when it comes to the search for love the name rings true: the dating scene is somewhat of a gamble!
While there are thousands of eligible singles around town, knowing who is available and where to pin them down leaves plenty of singles guessing.
